USC coach Lane Kiffin has plenty on his plate lately. National Signing Day is less than a month away and the school is appealing the NCAA’s sanctions on the program. Now comes word, he recently sold his home in Tennessee and like most of the country, it didn’t go so well.
According to the Knoxville News, Kiffin and his wife recently sold their Knoxville home for $1.96 million. The couple originally bought the home in May of 2009 for $2.6 million.
With the housing market struggling to begin with, it probably wasn’t very easy to sell the house to begin with. Wonder if the buyer knows who owned the home before them?
